At RLP Associates, our staff have 20 years’ experience working in the Irish and UK construction industry in the roles of Senior Contracts Manager, Site Manager, Project Manager and Design Manager. They have been responsible for managing and delivering small and large projects: safely, to the highest quality specification, on time and to budget. Projects consist of Residential, Office Blocks, Education Buildings, Retail Buildings, Refurbishment and Energy for Waste Plants.
Our staff is talented and versatile with an eye for quality and customer service and can develop site specific plans for quality, environmental, health & safety requirements. They will work very closely with commercial and project teams in value engineering to ensure minimization of risk/cost and maximization of value and income for clients.
