At RLP Associates, our staff have 20 years’ experience working in the Irish and UK construction industry in the roles of Senior Contracts Manager, Site Manager, Project Manager and Design Manager. They have been responsible for managing and delivering small and large projects: safely, to the highest quality specification, on time and to budget. Projects consist of Residential, Office Blocks, Education Buildings, Retail Buildings, Refurbishment and Energy for Waste Plants.

Our staff is talented and versatile with an eye for quality and customer service and can develop site specific plans for quality, environmental, health & safety requirements. They will work very closely with commercial and project teams in value engineering to ensure minimization of risk/cost and maximization of value and income for clients.

Their strengths include problem solving skills, initiative, people skills, and focus on quality and client relations. They are flexible; work well under pressure and relish challenges.

The services provided by RLP Associates Ltd include: • Planning Submissions: Co-ordinating and managing detailed planning applications to local councils. • Tender and Contract Management: Managing procurement packages internally within organizations and to clients. Close co-ordination with commercial department on contract conditions, payment milestones & client/subcontractor delays. Close integration with commercial team for financial control of the design and procurement packages. • Project Management – Preconstruction Stage: Co-ordination and supervision of design consultants including Building Control. Preparation of procurement packages and their review to ensure all inclusive, reflective of site requirements and ER's. • Project Management – Construction Stage: Involved in various design, progress and safety meetings with client & employer in terms of HAZCON, HAZID, HAZOP, CDM and BREAAM. Safe delivery of fast track projects. Managing contractors to meet programme requirements in terms of Quality, Health and Safety and to cost. • Project Control Monitoring: Monitoring progress and reviewing programmes. • Training tailor made specific to client needs.
